• 4+ years of experience in software/application support, bonus if with ERP or supply chain-related software products. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet demanding deadlines while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction. • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Proven ability to work as part of a fast-paced, high-performance team.
