📋 Description

• Conduct full life cycle recruitment for billable positions, primarily in cybersecurity compliance and operations, identity credential and access management, enterprise IT modernization and optimization, and software solutions development and sustainment • Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviewing, negotiating, and initiating offer letters • Lead upfront involvement with hiring managers to understand roles and knowledge, skills, and ability requirements • Use job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks, and other resources to identify and attract talent • Develop and implement recruitment strategies with managers and team members while ensuring HR regulatory compliance • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers • Source passive candidates through selective postings, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting resources • Build relationships with program management, business development, and human resources

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8–10 years of proven experience in full life cycle government contract recruitment within the Department of Defense or Federal Civilian government agencies • Proven experience identifying and closing candidates across all levels of the talent spectrum • Proven track record of full life cycle recruiting as a talent acquisition professional • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence hiring decisions • Experience working within prime and subcontracting positions • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools • Ability to multitask and organize and prioritize multiple ongoing projects • Bachelor's degree desired/preferred
