• Provide expert support to customers using Elekta’s Oncology Information Systems (OIS) • Provide customer support via phone, email, and other support channels • Troubleshoot software issues and respond to product-related questions • Investigate, document, and escalate complex application and functionality issues • Support software updates and system-related activities • Follow established processes, policies, and service standards • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Elekta products, services, and support procedures • Maintain accurate customer and case documentation • Champion Elekta’s values and commitment to customer success • Travel to customer sites as required to support issue resolution and troubleshooting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical oncology treatment, technical support, customer support, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with Record & Verify EMR systems • Experience with radiation therapy treatment systems and oncology workflows • Knowledge of MOSAIQ, Elekta products, Citrix, Windows environments, and Microsoft SQL Server is strongly preferred • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is considered an asset • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to travel up to 10% as required
