📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute corporate partnership initiatives • Support qualification, cultivation, and development of new partnerships across cause marketing, sponsorship, and philanthropic giving • Execute proactive lead generation to secure new in-kind and funding partnerships • Diversify the partner base through new industry segments and grow base-level funders • Research and qualify prospects and develop prospect research profiles • Prepare presentations, pitch materials, briefings, and reports for prospective partners and donors • Support senior leadership and cross-functional teams in identifying partnership opportunities • Support CRM reporting and financial tracking of strategic partnerships • Provide coordinated partner relationship support through service and creative problem solving • Assist with national corporate and cause marketing campaigns • Support partner onboarding, relationship management, and CRM administration

🎯 Requirements

• Completion of a post-secondary college diploma program or equivalent in business, marketing, fundraising management or another related field • Minimum 2 years professional experience in a related field • Experience in business-to-business marketing/sales, cause marketing, sponsorship, account development, partner acquisition and/or lead generation • Bilingualism (English/French) is a strong asset • Ability to coordinate multifaceted projects and perform well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Internet and Intranet • Knowledge and comfort using CRM/databases such as Raiser’s Edge, Mission CRM, or Salesforce • Detail-oriented, analytical, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals at various organizational levels • Must be based in Canada • Cover letter and resume required
