📋 Description

• Report to a Team Lead on the global Editorial Team • Review clients’ press releases for grammatical errors, spelling errors, and inconsistencies; fact-checking is not included • Format press releases to match clients’ original versions as closely as possible • Support clients via phone and email • Assist with regulatory needs, including SEDAR and EDGAR filings • Assist with account maintenance, including managing email lists, adding users and accounts, and managing multimedia libraries • Act as the primary client contact for administrative, consultative, and press release service requests • Collaborate with teammates and other departments • Develop knowledge of other Notified products • Distribute press releases globally to journalists, terminals, and websites • Work occasional overtime during high-volume periods

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field required • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may substitute for education requirements • 1–2 years of professional experience required • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required • Fluency in English and French required • Excellent multitasking skills • Ability to maintain focus in stressful situations • Exceptional time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines • Availability for occasional weekend on-call shifts, holidays, and remote monitoring shifts outside the typical schedule • Satisfactory pre-employment screening results
