📋 Description

• Initiates, coordinates and develops strategic plans and sales strategies within specific territory or accounts • Develops account strategies & implementation plans • Identifies new markets and research business opportunities • Prepares and organizes sponsor presentations • Facilitates team preparedness for client meetings • Coordinates budget or contract negotiations post-award • Interacts with operations to track study status for projects • Establishes and maintains excellent rapport with clients • Monitors and tracks competitor CRO activities • Plans and attends major industrial events

🎯 Requirements

• Considerable CRO sales experience • Strong negotiation and analytical skills • Established network of decision makers in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies • Awareness of trends and government policies in the clinical trials area • Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities • Strong presentation skills • Excellent organisational, planning and multitasking skills • Ability to travel according to business development strategy
