📋 Description

• Set the acquisition strategy and growth roadmap for Joist • Develop annual and quarterly growth plans across Web, iOS, and Android • Prioritize investments based on business impact, customer acquisition economics, and long-term growth potential • Identify opportunities to unlock growth and challenge assumptions • Own Joist's multi-million-dollar acquisition budget across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, App Store, and emerging channels • Partner with Paid Media to define strategy, allocate budgets, and measure success • Optimize channel mix and investment based on performance • Build and manage Joist's experimentation roadmap across acquisition, landing pages, messaging, onboarding, pricing, and conversion • Own acquisition forecasting and planning • Partner with Analytics on measurement, dashboards, and attribution • Use data to identify trends, explain performance, and inform future investment • Provide strategic direction for SEO and Growth Analytics • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Lifecycle Marketing on go-to-market priorities • Align teams around shared goals and highest-impact work • Present growth performance, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership • Translate complex data into clear business insights • Represent Growth Marketing in planning, budgeting, and business reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing, ideally in SaaS, PLG, or subscription businesses • Track record of owning customer acquisition strategy and delivering measurable business results • Experience managing significant paid media investments ($10M+ preferred) • Strong forecasting, experimentation, and analytical skills • Deep understanding of Web, mobile, and app growth • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct management responsibility • Excellent communication skills and executive presence • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution • Experience in payments, fintech, or subscription businesses preferred • Experience growing mobile apps and App Store Optimization (ASO) preferred • Familiarity with lifecycle platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io preferred • Experience working in a Product-Led Growth environment preferred • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship
