📋 Description

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and everyday questions • Support onboarding and offboarding, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit processes • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance and data integrity • Help administer benefits enrollment, leave of absence requests, and other People operations processes • Support performance management cycles and talent reviews by coordinating timelines, materials, and communications • Help document and route employee relations concerns • Partner with Recruiting and People Operations to deliver a seamless employee experience • Coordinate People programs and initiatives, including engagement, learning and development, and recognition programs • Prepare reports and analyze People metrics to support decision-making • Plan and coordinate company events, off-sites, and other People team activities • Maintain and audit People records and compliance documentation • Support the People team with administrative and coordination needs • Support internal communications related to People programs, policy updates, and key initiatives • Serve as a liaison for hiring managers beginning recruitment efforts • Improve People Team processes, infrastructure, and policies using technology and AI • Work with managers and employees to strengthen working relationships, build morale, and support productivity and retention • Provide support wherever needed on a small, collaborative team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a generalist, business partner, consultant, or operations role in a fast-paced company • Experience supporting employees and managers with day-to-day questions and processes • Familiarity with onboarding, benefits, performance management, and compliance • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize and automate workflows • Excellent written and verbal communication and influencing skills • Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, growing organization • Collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves • Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work quickly and effectively cross-functionally • Proficiency with HRIS systems and ability to learn new tools • Genuine interest in building a career in People/HR • Resourceful, curious, and adaptable learner • Strong emotional intelligence • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field preferred • Must not require immigration-related sponsorship for this role
