📋 Description

• As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in streamlining our development processes, ensuring smooth deployments, and maintaining the resilience and security of our infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, implementing cutting-edge solutions to optimize software development lifecycles and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance of our platforms. This role demands a high level of technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and containerisation, as well as an ability to quickly resolve complex issues under pressure. You will be responsible for overseeing global cloud infrastructure, implementing scalable CI/CD pipelines, and managing Kubernetes clusters, among other key responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in DevOps or similar role with experience managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and containerised environments • Hands-on with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, ArgoCD, and Nexus / Helm • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or similar to automate provisioning • AWS knowledge: strong experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, ECR, VPC, S3, Transit Gateways) • Containerisation & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes; helm deployment • Scripting: Python, Bash, or similar; Linux admin; security hardening; monitoring • Observability: ELK, Grafana, Jaeger; troubleshooting; incident management • Collaboration & Communication: able to work across cross-location teams (Malta, Romania, UK)
