📋 Description

• Hire, train and manage a growing SDR team. • Own SDR performance metrics including call quality, outbound volume, show rate, and sat-demo delivery. • Build weekly training sessions focused on objection handling, talk tracks, and product knowledge. • Implement and refine outbound sequences, ICP targeting, and messaging across email, phone and social. • Maintain a disciplined pipeline creation process through HubSpot CRM. • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define demo quality criteria, handoff expectations, and improvement strategies. • Monitor SDR performance dashboards, create weekly reports and flag bottlenecks early. • Control hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new SDRs as the team expands. We’re looking to grow from 2 SDRs to 9 in 2026. • Drive outbound penetration into newly unlocked industries and markets created by FabStation’s product expansion. • Ensure every SDR operates with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in every interaction. • Attend conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings when required.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years SDR or BDR experience in SaaS • 1–2+ years experience in SDR leadership, mentorship, or team-lead capacity • Proven experience running outbound sales processes and hitting top-of-funnel KPIs • Strong understanding of outbound strategy, cold-calling frameworks, and sales psychology • Experience with HubSpot CRM • Excellent verbal and written communication • Experience in manufacturing, construction tech, or industrial SaaS is a strong asset • Ability to coach SDRs with diplomacy, directness, and high standards.
