📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services integrated with AI; • Build and optimize bots and automations for internal processes and customer experience (CX); • Deploy LLMs to production with a focus on scalability and governance; • Develop and maintain data pipelines to feed models; • Implement RAG and embeddings for semantic search and intelligent retrieval; • Integrate AI with messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Slack, email, voicebots); • Monitor and optimize cost, latency, and security of AI solutions; • Support the Product team in designing AI-based features; • Ensure automated tests and clear technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; • Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, etc.), building prompt-engineering pipelines and integrating via APIs; • Languages: Python, Node.js, Go (preferred); • Frameworks: FastAPI, Django, Flask, NestJS; • AI & LLM tools: OpenAI API, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation); • Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.); • Cloud: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB), GCP Vertex AI or Azure AI; • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
