📋 Description

• Own the healthcare practices sector P&L and revenue generated by owners banking with Flex • Build the sector model, report against it weekly, and be accountable for results • Map the healthcare-practice sector and identify the 200 people who move it within 90 days • Create and maintain a coverage plan for key sector relationships • Originate business through dinners, site visits, conferences, portfolio days, and referrals • Represent Flex in the healthcare-practice sector • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with GPOs, buying groups, DSOs, MSOs, practice-management or EHR platforms, equipment lenders, practice brokers, and specialty societies • Set product priorities based on healthcare-practice owners’ requirements • Work with product, credit, risk, and member experience teams • Build and lead a dedicated sector team as the pipeline grows • Use AI-native tools for research, relationship tracking, outreach, and modeling • Report directly to the CEO

🎯 Requirements

• 7 to 12 years in investment banking, private credit, private equity, venture, or a senior commercial seat inside healthcare practices • Demonstrable record of originating business, not servicing it • Active network in healthcare practices; ability to identify the 50 people who matter and reach most of them this week • Fluency in practice economics, including payer mix, collections cycles, supply and equipment spend, practice acquisitions and sales, and healthcare-practice lenders • Experience structuring partnerships and negotiating referral economics • Ability to work through a term sheet without support • Ability to build own financial models • Banker-level Excel proficiency • Working understanding of the unit economics of deposits, cards and credit • Application one-pager and CV explaining how to bring healthcare practices to Flex
