📋 Description

• Develop solutions and organize, plan, create, and deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations • Ensure solutions stated in Statements of Work follow best practices and align with client requirements • Work closely with Sales to support successful sales process closure • Liaise with Support, Success, and Delivery departments to provide client feedback on product requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or a college degree in software engineering or computer science • Excellent knowledge of Software Consultation and/or SaaS, API, and AI platforms • Experience with software development languages and methodologies, including Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, and GraphQL • Skilled at explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients • Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments and meeting company and client deadline expectations when resolving Service Requests • Excellent attention to detail • Self-aware, motivated, coachable, and able to collaborate with all team members • Experience with HR/Finance data integrations • Experience with Oracle HCM, Taleo, Workday, ADP, Greenhouse HR, or Bamboo HR • Fluent in French, both verbal and written communication
