📋 Description

• Handle call center representative responsibilities for Gainwell Technologies • Support Gainwell’s mission of using technology to help healthcare clients improve the health and well-being of members • Work an initial 10:30 AM–7:00 PM shift for an indefinite period • Work remotely using a qualifying broadband internet connection • Apply healthcare, HIPAA, CPT, and ICD10 knowledge in the role • Work independently and collaboratively with a team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience • Current access to high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload • Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday • Must have a private, distraction-free work area • Experience in the health care industry with an understanding of HIPAA Privacy Rules • Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 terminology • Effective communication skills with professional tone and poise • Proficient keyboarding skills with ability to multitask and remain focused • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to work alone and with a team • Must live in West Virginia • Availability to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Eastern Time • Completion of a skills and competency assessment before advancing in the selection process
