• Deliver Patient Care Solutions (PCS) clinical and operational expertise • Provide excellent education and training support for the anesthesia and monitoring product portfolio • Facilitate evidence-based practice and support customer experience and commercial teams • Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge, skills, and competence • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions • Collaborate and coordinate delivery of customer training • Drive realization of revenue through execution of on-site or remote clinical education delivery • Maintain customer relationships and communicate relevant product/customer concerns • Manage travel & lodging (T&L) budget
• Holds an active Registered Respiratory Therapist license with 3-5 years of ICU experience • Ability/willingness to travel extensively 80+% (4-5 days per week including some weekends) within US and Canada • Maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record • Proficient use of software applications, such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Ability to learn specialized industry specific software and provide digital education and training solutions • Must comply with vendor credentialing requirements • Ability to meet customer site access requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination • Will be required to register with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals
