📋 Description

• Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities, with a strong focus on converting competitive accounts. • Develop a deep understanding of company products, solutions, value propositions, and market positioning to effectively differentiate against competitors. • Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close) via phone, video, and digital channels. • Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships. • Partner with channel and distribution stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize revenue opportunities. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs. • Leverage CRM tools and data insights to track activity, forecast accurately, and inform sales strategy. • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field sales teams to optimize customer engagement and campaign effectiveness. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies. • Operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing to team performance and knowledge sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR Associate’s degree with at least 2+ years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience • Proven ability or strong interest in inside sales, business development, or account management • Experience with CRM systems and virtual selling tools preferred.
