📋 Description

• Lead client analysis workshops and map processes, including quoting, bills of materials, production planning, purchasing, inventory, and cost accounting • Configure Genius ERP and develop the implementation plan with the client • Train users, from ERP champions to shop floor supervisors • Prepare and lead data imports and testing • Support go-live • Track the schedule and budget with the project manager • Implement Genius ERP for small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses across North America, from analysis through production launch

🎯 Requirements

• Engineer, Engineer-in-Training (EIT), or industrial engineering technologist, or training in operations management • 3+ years of experience with an ERP system in a manufacturing environment, as a consultant, key user, or analyst at a manufacturing company • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including bills of materials, routings, planning, and inventory • Comfortable communicating in both French and English, verbally and in writing • Reside in Québec • Valid driver's license and passport • Experience with Genius ERP or equivalent software such as Epicor, SyteLine, Business Central, Acumatica, or Sage is an asset
