📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers • Own customer relationships and communication • Contribute to the overall business strategy, including P&Ls and growth opportunities • Develop and own site customer communication plans • Coordinate and facilitate regular customer meetings to review open items, action plans, and GE Vernova products/services • Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations, including concessions • Develop outage scope and communicate scope to the field services team • Manage outage and non-outage parts planning, requests for quotes, customer quotes, parts orders, delivery, and invoicing • Lead and drive emergent/forced outage matters to resolution • Prepare, organize, and facilitate pre-outage, post-outage, and outage milestone meetings • Address repair issues within the GE network • Own contract leadership and fulfillment, including project deliverables, terms and conditions, and contract requirements such as LD and bonus structures • Manage resources and logistics for customer-site service and maintenance activities • Maintain, repair, and refurbish sold or existing products • Manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with 7 years of relevant experience) • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Services & Customer Service Management • Knowledge of Gas turbine Generator technology • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools such as Excel and PowerPoint strongly desired • Strong experience in Lean processes and tools • Legal authorization to work in Canada • Successful completion of a background investigation
