📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for an assigned portfolio of goods and services • Manage purchase orders from placement through delivery, including follow-up, supplier communication, expediting, and issue resolution • Maintain supplier relationships and serve as a key contact for purchase order execution • Ensure suppliers meet contractual, technical, quality, and delivery requirements • Monitor and manage purchase orders in the ERP system, maintaining accurate pricing, delivery dates, quantities, and order details • Apply sourcing policies, procedures, and strategies to address procurement challenges and business requirements • Evaluate procurement issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions supporting cost, quality, delivery, and operational objectives • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Planning, Project Management, and other functional teams • Use commodity, supplier, market, and competitive knowledge to support sourcing decisions • Identify opportunities to improve cost, delivery, quality, and supplier performance • Lead small-scale projects or process improvement initiatives • Exercise autonomy and judgment within established policies and recommend alternative solutions when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement, OR high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain or Procurement • Working experience in a manufacturing environment • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities • Ability to manage supplier relationships and resolve procurement-related issues • Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail • Ability to document, plan, coordinate, and execute projects and initiatives • Project management and process improvement skills; PMP or Six Sigma Belt certifications are a plus • Working knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes • Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
