📋 Description

• Deploy advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract active and passive candidates • Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions • Act as a GE Vernova brand ambassador on social media and targeted platforms • Assess candidates’ technical fit, cultural alignment, and leadership potential • Translate candidates’ motivations into a compelling career narrative • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for roles of varying complexity • Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in the ATS • Leverage market intelligence and recruiting metrics to provide recommendations • Lead compensation discussions and advise leaders on offer strategy • Ensure a fair, candidate-centered recruitment process • Apply Lean principles, track KPIs, and participate in talent acquisition projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition • Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, candidate assessment, managing complex offers, and serving as an advisor to stakeholders • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written, is required • Recruiting experience in field services, customer operations, renewable energy, or high-volume environments • Demonstrated ability to build, segment, and maintain passive candidate pipelines through a CRM platform • Experience working with Workday or an equivalent ATS • Recruiting experience in both corporate and agency settings • Demonstrated prompt engineering skills
