📋 Description

• Act as a Super User for the Time & Labour, Absence and Core HR modules in Oracle Fusion • Provide guidance to employees, line managers and the People and Culture Team for efficient and accurate data and payroll processing • Process and monitor employee data transactions in Oracle Fusion • Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and validation checks • Support and advise system users on procedures and best practices • Produce and analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports • Assist with resolving data and time-related issues in Fusion • Manage, assign and respond to enquiries through a Client Service Center ticket escalation system • Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the People and Culture team • Support future deployment waves and enhancements • Perform other tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or successful completion of GED, supplemented by graduation from a one (1) year post-secondary program in a related field • A minimum of four (4) years of related experience • Proficient knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered • Written and spoken competence in English is required • Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment • Résumé in chronological order specifying education and employment in months and years, including part-time and full-time employment
