📋 Description

• Lead presales discovery engagements, stakeholder interviews, and workshops for complex opportunities • Translate customer objectives and constraints into outcome-oriented service strategies and scalable delivery approaches • Own development of statements of work, including scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations • Partner with Sales on pricing strategy, scope tradeoffs, and value articulation for competitive, delivery-ready proposals • Design and facilitate executive-level workshops and presales sessions • Present recommendations to senior customer stakeholders • Establish credibility as a trusted GXG adviser early in the sales cycle • Mentor and coach presales and delivery consultants • Shape and evolve presales methodologies, playbooks, and templates • Provide thought leadership informing future GXG offerings and presales consistency • Travel up to 30% to customer sites and internal meetings as needed • Preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets • Ensure data privacy and complete required privacy training

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or digital agencies • Demonstrated leadership in presales, solution design, or services commercialization • Advanced experience facilitating executive workshops and complex discovery engagements • Ability to operate autonomously with sound judgment • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with government, public sector, or destination organizations preferred • Willingness to travel up to 30% to customer sites and internal meetings • Ability to preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets • Ability to ensure employee and customer data privacy and complete required privacy training • Professional, organized, dependable, proactive, empathetic, curious, collaborative, and open to feedback
