📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned healthcare, operations, customer service, clinical, administrative, and shared services roles • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities • Source, screen, and assess candidates using a structured, competency-based approach • Build and maintain candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, talent communities, and other recruiting channels • Provide timely, clear, and professional candidate communication throughout the hiring process • Evaluate candidate qualifications, healthcare experience, licensure or credentialing requirements, and role alignment • Support high-volume hiring while maintaining quality, accuracy, and compliance • Coordinate interviews and help hiring teams provide timely feedback • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring activity records in SmartRecruiters ATS • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to improve processes, remove bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes • Use recruiting technology, tools, and AI-supported workflows responsibly while maintaining human oversight • Support equitable, compliant, and values-aligned hiring practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including healthcare or a similar environment • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from intake through candidate dispositioning • Strong understanding of healthcare hiring considerations, licensure, credentialing, compliance, background screening, and qualification review • Experience recruiting for high-volume and/or hard-to-fill roles • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong candidate assessment skills covering technical qualifications and behavioral fit • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic, candidate-centered approach • Strong attention to detail and accurate ATS documentation experience • Experience with SmartRecruiters • Experience with skills- and behavior-based assessment tools • Working knowledge of EEOC, ADA, and compliant hiring practices • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while remaining responsive and collaborative • Comfort using recruiting technology, sourcing tools, and AI-supported workflows with appropriate judgment and oversight • Ability to provide an internet connection with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Employees must be accessible during stated working hours and disclose any secondary employment
