📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product for enrolling patients into Helix’s research study platform • Define customer problems, product vision, and product priorities • Distill market signals, partner requirements, and user pain points into stakeholder-aligned narratives • Orchestrate AI tools and agents for market analysis, competitive research, and solution evaluation • Direct idea-to-prototype cycles and ensure rapid user testing • Analyze stakeholder feedback and behavioral data to guide product direction • Own and maintain an evidence-based product roadmap and make prioritization tradeoffs • Ensure the health of the Helix Hosted Consent product, including privacy, security, and governance • Collaborate with design, engineering, delivery, research operations, clinical, regulatory, and support teams • Maintain delivery quality and cadence across the product lifecycle • Translate technical outputs into clear narratives that build stakeholder trust and executive buy-in • Lead high-integrity debate and move teams from discussion to conviction

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in highly cross-functional and/or customer-centric roles • Demonstrated AI fluency, using AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, prototyping, and communication • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory landscape • Ability to move from ambiguous problem to shipped solution while maintaining focus on users and KPIs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of managing and improving user experiences for complex digital products • Ability to build consensus and drive hard decisions when consensus is unavailable • Familiarity with regulated environments, including HIPAA, CLIA/CAP, CCPA/CPRA • Experience with electronic health records, interoperability, and the US healthcare domain • Experience working closely with health systems or other enterprise healthcare partners
