📋 Description

• Support the Senior Product Manager with research, meeting preparation, product requirements, documentation, and follow-ups • Gather customer feedback, analyze market trends, and identify product and AI-driven improvement opportunities • Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product features and enhancements • Maintain Jira tickets, project status, dependencies, and action items • Track progress proactively and resolve blockers • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Support to coordinate product delivery • Support testing, release readiness, documentation, and exploration of AI agents, MCP servers, intelligent search, and workflow automation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 2+ years of experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, or a related technology role • Conceptual understanding of AI/ML, including large language models (LLMs), semantic search, AI agents, MCP servers, and APIs • Experience using generative AI tools to support research, documentation, and productivity • Excellent organization, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail • Strong initiative, accountability, and ability to independently drive tasks to completion • Desired: Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Agile development, or software testing • Desired: Familiarity with MCP, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI integrations, and recommendation technologies
