📋 Description

• Work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. CST, 40 hours per week • Handle inbound and outbound calls • Collaborate with core team members and department heads to navigate customer needs and deliver optimal results • Interact with customers, build strong relationships, and practice customer advocacy

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment • Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism in a high-stress environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively in person, via email, and over the phone • Exceptional interpersonal skills and conflict resolution ability • Basic computer skills, including navigating multiple windows/tabs, copying/pasting, and typing 35 words per minute accurately • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in business, strategy, and technology • Ability to empathize with the customer and/or customer’s guardian • Ability to work with geographically and culturally diverse populations and personalities • Ability to work independently and/or with a team
