• Lead and execute a regional sales strategy focused on market share growth in our largest branch in Canada, focused on new customer acquisition and retention • Responsible for managing full branch P&L accountability, driving revenue growth and operational efficiencies • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Field Sales Consultants, Equipment Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, and Branch leaders • Partner cross-functionally with Technical Services, Equipment & Technology, Multi-Site, and HR teams to deliver integrated solutions • Drive a busy, strong performance-driven culture aligned to Henry Schein Values • Drive consultative selling approaches, strengthening customer relationships and delivering full-service solutions • Lead talent planning, recruitment, and succession development to build bench strength across the region • Oversee branch operations, including inventory, DSO, expenses, and overall operational excellence • Leverage tools like Salesforce, dashboards, and scorecards to track performance and drive business insights
• Strong leadership capability with a track record of progressive leadership roles: coaching, developing, and motivating teams • Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment • Strong business acumen with expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and operational management • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven decision making • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills • Dental or healthcare related industry experience is required
