📋 Description

• Complete daily customer service requests through comments/queues and team email • Organize, identify, and record owner forwarding address updates • Document returned mail received from the US Postal Service • Maintain organized support documentation and filing for HOA Accounts Receivable • Mail annual billings according to the published schedule • Process upgrade cancellation adjustments and monthly new-owner billings • Mail late notices to delinquent accounts in a timely manner • Process monthly billing reports and year-end updates • Update A/R systems as necessary • Assist team members, Portfolio Services, and HGV Club staff with questions • Respond to monitored and recorded telephone calls for quality and compliance • Carry out reasonable management requests within the employee’s capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Highly proficient computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office products • Good command of Excel functions • Prior accounts receivable experience desired • High school diploma or GED
