📋 Description
• Lead workplace investigations • Coach leaders on performance management, discipline, attendance, accommodations, and conflict resolution • Support workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership development, WCB/return-to-work, HR analytics, and legislative compliance • Support unionized operations • Interpret collective agreements • Investigate grievances • Support collective bargaining initiatives • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, career fairs, community outreach, workforce planning, and candidate experience
🎯 Requirements
• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources or related discipline • CPHR designation (or working toward certification) is an asset • 5 – 8 years of progressive HR experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-site operations • Strong employee relations and labour relations, union and collective bargaining initiatives experience • Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Dayforce experience is an asset • A valid driver's license is required
