📋 Description

• Identifies and implements business development projects relating to professional services • Identifies, markets and determines the feasibility of product and service development • Performs economic analyses on new or improved product opportunities • Develop and execute an account strategy and pipeline to win new business within DoW ADO market areas • Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities • Lead and/or support in the negotiation of teaming agreements • Develop and present bid/no bid recommendations and pursuit and capture strategies at Gate Reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience • Five or more years of specific successful Business Development, Capture Management or Program Management experience within the defense or federal market areas • Established and extensive customer relationships with relevant senior and mid-level leadership in DoW or federal customers • Proven ability to form strategic industry partnerships • Excellent communication skills • Ability to travel as required to develop opportunity pipelines, shape opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and attend industry days and conferences
