📋 Description

‱ Provide high-quality administrative support to Sales and Account Management teams ‱ Manage and respond to internal and external service requests ‱ Maintain and update customer records and account information in CRM systems ‱ Support contract administration and renewal processes across client accounts ‱ Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client-facing use ‱ Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless experience

🎯 Requirements

‱ 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Administrator or similar administrative support role ‱ Strong organizational and time management skills ‱ Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills ‱ Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French ‱ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ‱ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
