📋 Description

• Source and recruit Service Providers according to standardized guidelines • Establish and maintain business relationships with candidates • Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner • Negotiate rates within an established framework • Identify and implement business processes to create efficiencies in recruitment • Collaborate with the Service Provider Recruitment team and Hiring Managers • Collect and upload agreements and relevant documents into the service provider database • Provide administrative support as required

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resources, Administration, or other relevant discipline • 2–3 years of experience in an office environment • Previous recruitment experience is a strong asset • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook • Strong keyboarding skills • Excellent verbal and written English language skills are required • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills • Proven ability to build rapport and develop positive working relationships • Detail-oriented, creative, resourceful, accurate, accountable, and willing to take initiative • Solid negotiation and problem-solving skills • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be an asset
