📋 Description

• Take full accountability for the business unit’s financial health, growth, profitability, and operational execution • Set and implement the long-term vision and growth strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities • Lead, inspire, and develop a cross-functional team across product, sales, marketing, support, and operations • Champion a strong performance culture and succession planning • Deepen customer relationships and ensure high retention and satisfaction • Shape the product roadmap to meet evolving legal industry needs • Streamline and scale operational processes while maintaining a high-quality customer and employee experience • Monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics • Participate in M&A evaluation and lead post-acquisition integration when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, ideally in B2B SaaS or Legal Tech • Track record of driving profitable growth, operational improvement, and customer success • Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution skills • Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and customer lifecycle management • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including board and executive-level reporting
