📋 Description

• Lead clients through all stages of interactive website, module, and mobile application project lifecycles • Manage project kick-off, requirements definition, site architecture, configuration, design, content publishing, quality control testing, training, launch, and ongoing management • Facilitate and direct client meetings and project-related interactions • Set and manage client expectations for project tasks, sign-off stages, and milestone schedules • Coordinate design and technical services teams to meet project objectives • Establish and drive project timelines and deliverable schedules • Track projects using web-based project management software • Prepare and distribute project status reports to internal and external stakeholders • Construct intuitive sitemap architecture supporting client objectives and site accessibility • Perform rigorous site review and quality assurance testing before launch

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of previous experience managing interactive/web projects • Proficient experience in HTML and at least some experience in CSS/JavaScript • Technically savvy and able to become technically proficient in a deep software application • Strong organizational, planning, scoping, prioritization, and process-creation skills • Ability to measure performance and evaluate results • Clear and succinct writing and oral communication related to web development projects • Proven attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven atmosphere • Comfortable in a customer-facing role with a strong customer-service orientation • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team setting • Strong knowledge of content publishing and/or CMS • Strong familiarity with web information architecture standards, including sitemaps, navigation structure, and content layout/presentation • Strong familiarity with website development best practices, including design and usability • Demonstrated creative problem-solving and client relationship management experience • Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Office applications
