• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national sales team • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company objectives • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account development • Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top sales talent • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field • 7–10 years of pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical aesthetics sales experience • 5+ years of sales leadership experience • Strong understanding of the Canadian medical aesthetics market • Experience launching new products and driving adoption within aesthetic clinics and specialist physician practices is an asset. • Bilingual (English/French) preferred.
