📋 Description

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities • Conduct discovery calls and virtual software demonstrations with prospective clients • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, and lead nurturing • Manage opportunities, activities, and customer interactions within HubSpot CRM • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through phone, email, social media, and other outreach methods • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts and coordinate follow-up as appropriate • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to represent iClassPro and generate new business opportunities • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics • Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact through implementation • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and iClassPro product enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a related customer-facing role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Comfortable building relationships through phone, video, email, and in-person interactions • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently • Experience using a CRM platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar system preferred • Ability to learn new technology and effectively communicate software solutions to prospective customers • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to meet and exceed performance expectations • Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, conferences, and company events as needed.
