📋 Description

• Advise, guide, and provide insights to Data and Artificial Intelligence leaders • Help clients improve results by optimizing practices and decision-making, mitigating risk, and addressing professional challenges • Provide technical counsel and oversight exclusively to 18–20 clients within any 12-month period • Participate in unstructured, value-based client conversations and create methods for client success • Provide confidential and professional advising in person, by telephone, and digitally through video conferencing • Evaluate members’ needs, set objectives, and develop strategies or work plans within membership agreements • Participate in ongoing self and industry development activities • Provide proactive thought leadership and ideas on behalf of clients’ memberships • Communicate with and support Sales Leadership and Account Directors in account planning and support efforts • Leverage Info-Tech Research Group and third-party assets to deliver membership commitments • Diagnose member value expectations and pain points and connect members with appropriate product solutions • Build relationships with client peers and stakeholders to deliver experiences tailored to client objectives and culture

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of professional IT experience at multiple organizations, including leadership positions in Data and Artificial Intelligence • Experience in five or more of: Agentic AI frameworks; Machine Learning; AI Technology Selection; AI Strategy; AI Governance; AI Use Cases; MLOps/AIOps; IT/OT; IIoT; Data Lakehouse/Big Data/Data Warehousing; Data Engineering; Analytics • Solid people relationship skills • Operational and systems development skills • Ability to coordinate complex service delivery models and respond to diverse stakeholder needs • Exceptional customer service focus, high professionalism, and adherence to ethical principles of conduct • Strong communication and organizational skills; self-starter • Ability to adhere to members’ and Info-Tech Research Group’s core values as a trusted executive • Strong verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, as needed • Ability to obtain a TN1 Visa • Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish, or German is good to have to support the diverse client base (preferred, not required)
