📋 Description

• Facilitate business process analysis workshops with stakeholders to map current end-to-end processes • Identify gaps and optimization opportunities across people, processes, and technology • Work with Dayforce configuration leads to align recommended process changes with platform best practices • Design and deliver clear, compelling presentations that translate analysis into actionable recommendations • Dive directly into ongoing process optimization initiatives from day one • Collaborate with leads to present optimized processes to the client for approval

🎯 Requirements

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead discussions with confidence • Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients • Ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders who may not yet fully understand what they need • Energetic and confident workshop facilitator • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset • Comfortable integrating quickly into a large, fast-paced team • Experience in business process optimization or organizational change management • Understanding of Dayforce and its core functionalities (Core HR, Workforce Management, and Payroll) is essential • Experience designing and delivering polished presentations for stakeholders • Bilingualism (French/English) preferred; English-only proficiency is acceptable • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 4–5 years of relevant experience in business process consulting • Reliability Status security clearance required • To be eligible for security clearance, must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years • Legally authorized to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit holder)
