📋 Description
• Lead end-to-end HR, time, and payroll system implementation projects from discovery to go-live as the client's trusted point of contact • Facilitate workshops with sometimes resistant teams: simplify, persuade, structure • Question client needs and recommend configurations aligned with best practices • Produce executive-level deliverables that drive decisions • Advance INNOOVA's practice: accelerator tools, AI integration, knowledge sharing
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in both French and English is required • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent • Between 5 and 8 years of meaningful consulting experience, gained at a major firm, consulting practice, or system integrator • Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM), payroll, or workforce management systems • Experience implementing HR or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions in a consulting environment • Certification on a recognised HCM platform an asset, may be supported by INNOOVA • Experience in the public or government sector an asset
