📋 Description

• Plan and manage assigned client implementation projects, reporting to the Project & Implementation Director • Coordinate cross-functional team members to meet deadlines and project requirements • Manage project milestones, deliverables, risks, and timelines • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information • Maintain and execute project communication plans • Schedule and coordinate internal and client meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items • Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks • Manage change requests and document impacts to scope, schedule, and budget • Support data conversion and integration activities • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements • Coordinate development of training materials, documentation, and user guides • Support client communication during implementation and transition periods • Assist with post-project evaluations and document lessons learned • Use and learn organizational technology systems • Perform other duties supporting the Project & Implementation Director

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing IT or software implementation projects • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to track and follow through on action items • Experience working in a client-facing environment is considered an asset • Proven experience delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder reviews • Experience in the insurance industry (e.g., insurers, MGAs, brokers, or insurance software) • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) to support project delivery, such as documentation, reporting, analysis, or workflow efficiency • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) • Familiarity with Miro, Claude, and ADO • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
