📋 Description

• Lead Shopper Activation & Engagement end-to-end • Drive multi-quarter roadmap planning and sequencing • Partner deeply across cross-functional stakeholders • Develop and retain engineering talent across a team of 10–12 engineers • Set the technical direction for the team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience • 5+ years managing software engineers • Experience leading product engineering teams across mobile applications and backend services • Strong technical judgment across distributed systems • Demonstrated ability to define, sequence, and deliver multi-quarter roadmaps • Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and negotiation • Experience managing ownership surface area with cross-team dependencies • Strong people leadership track record • Experience using modern AI developer tools
