📋 Description

• Own key Order Quality design initiatives end-to-end across consumer and shopper experiences • Explore zero-to-one concepts through execution-level delivery across multiple concurrent projects • Become the go-to domain expert for Order Quality • Maintain continuity on previously approved work and absorb new product-team requests • Partner with 3+ product managers on product strategy and scalable solutions • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure thorough, accurate, and actionable handoff • Navigate strategic conversations with design and product leadership and detailed execution work • Create Figma flows and polish designs while collaborating with design systems • Build cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, research, data science, and brand • Represent Order Quality design in critiques, reviews, and stakeholder presentations, including to Product and Design heads • Apply modern AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration • Identify how AI can improve the design process and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile • Portfolio demonstrating complex, multi-step product journeys and measurable outcomes • Ability to own work end-to-end from problem framing and zero-to-one concept development through execution and delivery • Experience across multiple complex problem spaces, collaborating with several product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and experience presenting to cross-functional partners and senior/executive stakeholders • Fluency in Figma • Ability to produce high-fidelity flows, interaction design, and design system-aligned UI • Curiosity and enthusiasm for design craft and AI tools • Experience in e-commerce, grocery, marketplace, or logistics products (preferred) • Experience designing for multi-sided marketplace platforms (preferred) • Experience in larger corporate or agency environments (preferred) • Comfort working within and improving established design language systems (preferred)
