📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical support resource for Intel's sales account • Collaborate with Sales to identify customer needs and develop customized technical solutions • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer proposals • Evaluate customer specifications and recommend appropriate products and solutions • Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, and Manufacturing for technical feasibility and project execution • Support RFQs, quotations, technical documentation, and product selection • Drive design wins • Manage technical discussions with customer engineering teams and respond to technical inquiries • Participate in customer meetings, design reviews, and project planning • Monitor industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies • Support new product introductions and product qualifications • Maintain strong customer relationships and customer satisfaction • Travel as required to customer locations and internal meetings

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Application Engineering, Field Applications Engineering, or Technical Sales • Experience supporting customers in the telecommunications or networking industry • Deep technical understanding of telecom segments including RAN, cloud RAN, fixed and optical networks, IP routing, cloud, CPUs, ASICs, GPUs, custom silicon, ASSPs, and AI solutions • Deep understanding of Intel data center, client, and edge products • Track record of driving design wins or qualifications at OEMs • Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate customer requirements into effective solutions • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Ability to complete tasks with minimal guidance • Experience working in cross-functional and global teams • Previous experience with major telecom OEMs preferred • Knowledge of AI, 3GPP RAN (5G), wireless and wireline infrastructures, networking equipment, or data center technologies preferred • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred • Project management experience preferred • Must be physically located in and work remotely from Ontario, British Columbia, or both • Must relocate to the designated work location before the start date if residing elsewhere in Canada
