📋 Description
• Manage Fundraising Team • Identify and develop partnerships with local organizations and institutions • Delegate implementation of events to regional fundraising team • Travel within the region to meet and build relationships with key donors
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of professional management experience in a nonprofit organization • Proven experience managing staff and/or volunteers • Proven experience of budgeting and use of KPIs • Significant voluntary or professional fundraising experience • Proven experience of stakeholder relationship management • Proven experience in project management • Degree educated or equivalent professional experience • Current local driving license and access to a vehicle
