📋 Description

• Manage an analytics and reporting team developing and building out new data and analytical capabilities within Group Retirement Services (GRS) • Liaise directly with key stakeholders to understand business needs and provide suitable analytical solutions • Direct and support a team of performance analysts in triaging and prioritizing work • Adept at data discovery to identify and investigate data anomalies and generate insights • Design and create visualizations translating data into effective storytelling for clients • Identify continuous improvement solutions to automate, consolidate, or discontinue processes • Build robust documentation practices across all analytical products

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading an analytical team • 5+ years experience in a Data Analyst or Performance Analyst role • 5+ years experience with AWS, Python or SQL • 5+ years’ experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and VBA • Undergraduate degree is preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field
