📋 Description

• Leverage a strong personal network and executive-level relationships to identify, prospect, and close new enterprise and channel business • Independently build and manage a high-velocity pipeline of net-new opportunities • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through to contract negotiation and deal closure • Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies • Create and deliver compelling proposals and pricing packages • Demonstrate a consistent record of success winning deals • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the TrueNAS product portfolio • Continuously track and analyze market trends, competitor moves • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Sales Management to secure bookings.

• Proven, extensive, and verifiable network of business contacts and decision-makers • Demonstrated success in a 100% commission-based or heavily commission-driven sales role • Highly autonomous, self-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential • Comfortable being the “underdog” • Self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills • A positive, can-do, team-oriented attitude • Background in Open Source Technologies a plus • Ability to properly forecast • Willingness to travel up to 30%
