📋 Description

• Lead security architecture, design, and management oversight for endpoints and servers • Lead security projects involving research, design, proposal, and implementation of endpoint and server security controls • Lead endpoint, mobile, and server security domain roadmaps and strategy planning • Provide endpoint and server security consultation and oversight for customer connections and mergers and acquisitions • Lead development and management of endpoint and server security standards • Lead and execute authorized project plans • Assist the PMO with work breakdown structures as needed • Maintain relationships with third-party software security vendors • Collaborate with IT and manufacturing teams on cohesive support and strategies • Provide consultation for new service requests and intake processes • Troubleshoot and resolve client/user issues and act as an escalation point for cybersecurity endpoint and server issues • Lead enterprise efforts in a multicultural, multi-time-zone environment • Conduct security architecture reviews, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend controls and mitigation strategies • Monitor emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices • Define solution architecture consistent with Jabil methodology • Provide technical leadership to customers, project managers, architects, specialists, and application engineers • Consult with Enterprise Architects and Senior IT Architects • Assess alternative technical approaches and build consensus • Ensure non-functional requirements including security, disaster recovery, availability, and performance are satisfied • Research technology and industry trends • Validate solutions through modeling or prototyping before implementation • Develop expertise in an architecture discipline • Mentor IT professionals • Develop project plans and influence project organization • Apply system sizing methodologies and vet changes for scope, schedule, cost, and risk • Cross-train staff and define processes, methods, and management tools for delivery and production • Identify improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma or other methods • Perform root cause analysis and remediation • Contribute to Jabil intellectual property through patent development and submissions • Comply with IT, security, safety, and health policies and procedures • Define technical job content and qualifications for infrastructure roles • Help assess staff skills and resolve knowledge gaps • Publish and present to customers, IT leaders, and business executives • Engage with vendors and third parties • Build peer relationships with Senior IT Architects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 12 years of experience in a related discipline • Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience accepted • Knowledge and experience designing and building security controls for endpoint platforms including Windows, MacOS, iPhone, and Android • Knowledge and experience designing and building security controls for server platforms including Windows, MS SQL, RedHat, Ubuntu, and Rocky Linux • Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems such as CrowdStrike • Experience with Qualys or similar platform compliance scanning tools • Experience designing, testing, and implementing CIS hardening standards within a complex enterprise environment • Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and MS Intune • Knowledge of enterprise strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance • Knowledge and experience with enterprise compliance and security standards and enterprise risk management • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of architectural components and their interrelationships • Knowledge of software engineering and architectural principles and methods • Team lead experience in application development • Knowledge of one or more languages such as Java or C# • Knowledge of server-side technologies • Knowledge of client-side technologies such as Node and Angular • Knowledge of Agile methodology • Knowledge of SOA, REST, SOAP, API Management, ESB, and EIP integration patterns • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL • Knowledge of UML or ArchiMate • Knowledge of cloud technologies • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
