📋 Description

• Build and own Jane's field marketing program • Plan and execute local events alongside approximately 12–15 annual tradeshows • Align booth and field-event audiences, messaging, and goals • Pilot engagement ideas, activations, and scalable event formats • Develop the annual field marketing plan based on market density, discipline focus, and strategic priorities • Define event objectives and success measurements • Lead end-to-end event execution, including creative concept, venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, budgeting, run of show, and onsite delivery • Own pre-event audience targeting, messaging, invitations, and attendance-driving tests • Own post-event follow-up, recap communications, and next steps • Establish a cohesive visual identity for field marketing • Design experiences that engage customers and prospects • Develop co-hosting opportunities with ambassadors, associations, and schools • Translate strategic direction into execution plans and make event-level tradeoffs • Plan and execute exhibitor presence, including booth setup, staffing, assets, swag, product demos, and onsite customer engagement • Coordinate staffing and ensure teams are prepared • Manage vendor and shipping coordination, event calendars, run sheets, and timelines • Support overflow tradeshows and assume full ownership when assigned • Contribute market-level insight and performance analysis to annual event planning • Build and manage program budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations • Maintain standardized reporting on attendance, engagement quality, costs, leads, feedback, and budget performance • Prepare event program reporting for leadership • Manage event technology platforms and partner with Marketing Operations on CRM tracking and lead handoff • Create planning tools and use AI or automation to improve scalability • Design and deliver onboarding and training for new Events Specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in experiential event marketing • Experience owning brand-hosted or field marketing events and a portfolio of 15+ industry tradeshows per year • Hands-on experience executing exhibitor presence at tradeshows and conferences, including booth logistics and onsite execution • Experience designing event programs, setting objectives, choosing markets, measuring success, and building repeatable templates and playbooks • Strong financial acumen and experience building event budgets, negotiating with vendors, tracking forecasts against actuals, and handling post-event reconciliation • Ability to represent events in cross-functional conversations, including with senior leaders • Familiarity with event and tradeshow performance metrics, including leads captured, attendee engagement, cost per attendee, and cost per lead • Excellent organizational instincts and ability to manage shifting plans • Commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in event experiences • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with teams and cross-functional partners • Comfort using Slack, Google Workspace, Monday, and Notion • Must currently live and work in Canada and be eligible to work there without employer sponsorship • Willingness to travel within Canada and the United States approximately 30% of the time
