âą Support clients through phone and email communication âą Perform light troubleshooting and diagnosis âą Complete accurate data entry to ensure an exceptional customer experience âą Review the platform for pre-existing accounts âą Compose emails to clients/vendors requesting necessary information âą Work within the platform to create incoming data records âą Verify incoming data formatting âą Provide daily updates to clients âą Follow up on existing cases at a minimum of once per day
âą Strong understanding of Microsoft excel and other MS Office tools âą CRM and ticketing tools âą Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills âą Superior analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail âą Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment âą Outgoing, enthusiastic and self-motivated âą High level of tact, diplomacy and negotiation skills required
