📋 Description

• Own HEMA projects and initiatives supporting market expansion opportunities for the VELYS Knee platform • Provide input to product pipeline projects, including target product profiles, economic value propositions, and evidence-generation strategies and plans • Lead evidence-generation projects establishing product value • Implement reimbursement strategies enabling market access and commercial success for the VELYS Knee platform • Develop value tools, including value dossiers, value analysis briefs, economic models, and dissemination initiatives • Support and coordinate HEMA associates in support of commercial business objectives without direct people-management responsibilities • Collaborate with regional HEMA partners and cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, Marketing, Professional Education, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal • Report to the Director, HEMA • Work closely with US and global business partners

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in health sciences related field is required • An advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in health economics, outcomes research or healthcare-related field is preferred • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals or HEOR consulting is required • Experience in health services research, health economics, outcomes research, market access, health policy and reimbursement • Experience in developing global market access assessments and evidence generation strategies • Ability to build partnerships and engage with multi-functional teams to provide input and influence decisions • Effectively work in a matrix environment and demonstrate influence capabilities • Experience working in decentralized and cross-functional business models • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely • Good analytical skills • Knowledge of data collection and review practices • Ability to work from strategy development through execution and value creation in a dynamic and fast-paced global organization, with minimal oversight • Proactive, highly responsible, and accountable approach • Role is remote based and up to 20% travel is required
